A choice is presented to us before we are born
Something unlike any of us know
But we root and cultivate the world around us
Even when there is no way
But to endure through the pains is to live
We all want pleasure beyond others around us

We are but small pawns in a larger game of chess do we blindly play
For what we must do and sacrifice what we want
Do we linger and await a check mate or strike hard in a fog more perilous than the never ending sleep that takes us all
