The Never EndingA Different Eye
11 Aug 2015
The sun breaks through
Shedding its rays
Fighting winters grasp
Melting away its remnants with pits and pats
Bringing rebirth to warm the world in our view
Even when winters pain holds on like a lover until the end
No matter how hard we try to sculpture our lives to what we want
Like a distant call of a crow
It diminishes in the air as if we were never here at all.
