We worship things that creates madness in the most devout
Claiming our assurance of the next life
But we all erode into the ocean of life to only turn up somewhere else
Instead wake up to every early sun and sleep when the moon is its brightest
Rip your heart to the world taking care as you tread lightly on other hearts
Ideals will come and go but building shrines and temples inside your heart
Is a detriment to the soul when it is tore down into the sand
